Home Health Aide

Brookstone Manor Assisted Living in Grand Rapids, MN is looking for Home Health Aides to join our team! As a Home Health Aide, you will play a key role in the success of our residents' day by providing meaningful individualized care.

Job Duties:

Assist residents' with ADLs such as grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, and more based on the resident's Care Plan as specified by the RN Medication administration Monitor and check vitals Behavior tracking Charting Work closely with leadership to communicate and resident questions or concerns

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check. (Required) Must have reliable source of transporation Must be willing to work with others as a team Must have a positive attitude

Openings:

Full-Time PM (2pm-10:30pm) Part-Time NOC (10pm-6:30am) Casual/As Needed (Any Shift)

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, PAID TRAINING!
