Your support allows clients to:

Remain in their homes longer. Maintain independence with daily routines. Stay connected to their communities. Avoid unnecessary facility placement. Experience greater confidence, safety, and comfort. What You'll Be Doing Assist clients with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and personal care. Provide bathing and shower support. Help maintain safe home environments. Encourage independence whenever possible. Provide companionship and emotional support. Observe changes in condition and communicate concerns to supervisors. Travel to client homes within approximately a 35-mile service area. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of caregiving experience supporting multiple clients in home care, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or a similar setting required. CNA certification welcomed but not required. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Compassionate professionals who value dignity, respect, and independence. Ability to work independently while providing exceptional client care.
