The individual needs will include activities of daily living skills such as: Assisting Residents with meal preparation Administering Medications Assisting residents with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living such as meal preparation, shopping, housekeeping, laundry, managing finances & medications, transportation, and using communication tools like phones/computers. Observing residents' behavior and documenting appropriately. Prompting residents' to carry out their activities of daily living. Driving the Residents to medical appointments. Accompanying residents to activities such as going out to the movies and shopping Documenting in daily progress notes, behavioral notes, incident reports.

REQUIREMENTS

Department of Human Services Background Clearance Valid driver's license and auto insurance required Applicants must be 18 years or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
