About the

Role:

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Home Health Aide to provide Individualized Home Support (IHS) services to a client living independently in her home in Saint Paul. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to helping others maintain a safe and healthy living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support client with daily living activities and routines Assist with organizing schedules, community access, and skill-building tasks Promote independent living skills such as budgeting, meal preparation, and personal care Help maintain a clean, safe, and structured home environment Encourage social interaction and community participation Document services and maintain accurate records per care plan

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle Must live in Saint Paul or be willing to commute Prior experience with IHS or similar services preferred Ability to follow care plans and work independently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must pass background check
