In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between caregivers, clients, and administrative teams. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us maintain high standards of service, compliance, and efficiency. Duties Manage and respond to office communications (calls, emails, messages) in a timely manner Upload, organize, and maintain accurate client and employee documentation in internal systems Track and support compliance requirements, including documentation and EVV accuracy Prepare and organize client and employee onboarding materials (welcome folders, required documents) Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and a professional front desk environment Greet visitors and caregivers and provide general office support Monitor and restock office supplies and ensure all equipment is functional and ready for use Assist with administrative processes such as payroll support and document tracking Review internal systems and reports to identify and communicate operational issues Coordinate with internal teams to ensure information is accurate, updated, and communicated effectively Experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Professional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Experience in administrative or office support roles preferred Healthcare or home care experience is a plus What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent with strong follow-through Highly organized and process-driven Able to work independently and take initiative Maintains a professional and clean work environment Join us in creating a supportive environment where compassionate care meets seamless operations!
