Awake Overnight - Full time/Part time. Richfield. Looking for compassionate for a female client.

ILS/IHS/DSP/PCA
to work with clients in the comfort of their home and community. You will help individuals become integrated and engaged in the community while fostering the development of independent living skills If you have personal or professional experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, we may have the job for you! We are looking for awake Overnight DSP's that have a passion for helping others, love empowering individuals to reach their goals, and who always put the person served first. The Overnight DSP ensures the safety and well-being of the individuals that we support during their overnight hours. Awake Overnight Richfield - ON-CALL/Part time. You will play an important role in providing services to individuals who may have: intellectual disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, behavioral health disorders, and/or mental health diagnosis as they work to overcome vocational barriers and live lives that are more independent. Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to): You will be providing direct supervision, cueing, maintenance, guidance, instruction, incidental assistance with activities of daily living or assistance with coordination of community living activities to help the person live independently. Assist with night duties and cares The community living service categories are: Community participation Health, safety and wellness Household management Adaptive skills.
Position requirements:
Minimum of 18 Years old High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have a valid driver's license Ability to work autonomously in a variety of locations Demonstrated time management skills Demonstrated experience delivering high quality support services
Job Types:
ON CALL, Part-time Pay:
$15. 00-$17.50
Schedule:
8-10hour shift Monday to Friday and every other Sat &Sun Night shift
