Job Description

Looking for a career where you can make a difference every day ? At Pine Ridge Homes, Inc. , we're hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our compassionate team. DSPs support adults with daily living needs while building meaningful relationships and creating fun, engaging experiences.
What You'll Do:
Assist with daily cares: showers, dressing, personal hygiene Help with meal prep, feeding support when needed, and light housekeeping Administer medications (training provided!) Join in activities, outings, and meals with the individuals you serve Why Join Pine Ridge Homes?
Starting pay:
$19.25/hour No CNA certification required - we provide all paid training Paid meals & activities during your shift Stable employment with flexible part-time hours Work afternoons, weekends, and overnights (all awake shifts)
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older Able to pass a Minnesota Background Study Possess Minnesota Drivers License Ready to apply?
