What You'll Be Doing Assist clients with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and personal care. Provide bathing, showering, and hygiene support. Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support. Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, or needs. Communicate effectively with supervisors and care team members. Travel to client homes within approximately a 35-mile service area. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of caregiving experience supporting multiple clients in home care, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or a similar setting required. CNA certification is welcomed but not required. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance. Strong communication and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent client care. Compassionate, dependable, and relationship-focused approach to caregiving.
