Responsibilities Provide safe, nurturing Respite Care Assist with basic home cleaning Support child in building self-confidence Help her work through fear of new people Engage in reading activities Participate in creative play (Legos, crafts) Encourage movement, play, and fun Qualifications Female caregiver preferred Reliable, patient, and understanding Enjoys working with children Creative, energetic, and compassionate Able to build trust with gentle encouragement
