Direct Support Professional

Overview (Saturdays & Sundays 11:30am-6:30pm) We're seeking a kind, patient, and motivated caregiver to provide companionship and support for two delightful young men as they transition to a more independent living setting. The right person will enjoy engaging in fun activities, encouraging growth, and helping build daily living skills in a positive, respectful way. What you'll do: Provide companionship and encouragement

• Participate in fun social and recreational activities
• Help with light housekeeping and meal prep
• Drive to outings or appointments as needed What we're looking for: A caring, dependable personality
• Someone who is patient, flexible, and enjoys working with others

Skills First aid and CPR certification is preferred. Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism and other special needs. Knowledge of caregiving practices including meal preparation and medication administration. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
