Staff promote independence in people by focusing on achieving their personal goals. IHS Staff enjoy a variety of perks:

• No personal cares/minimal medication administration
• Work cell phone provided
• Working with a diverse population in a variety of locations A typical day will include 3-4 scheduled visits.

Each person has different goals/interests and IHS DSPs guide them toward achieving those goals.
