Individualized Home Supports (IHS) Staff - Rochester Part-Time | 15 Hours/Week Maverick Healthcare Services is seeking a reliable and compassionate Individualized Home Supports (IHS) staff person to assist individuals in building skills for independent living.
Position Summary:
The staff person will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the client's community living skills. Services will focus on the client's identified needs in the following areas: Communication skills Community living and mobility Interpersonal and social skills Reduction or elimination of challenging behaviors

Schedule:
Part-time - 15 hours per week Flexible scheduling based on client needs
