Make a Difference Every Day We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will support individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence, participating in their communities, and reaching their personal goals. Position Summary As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide person-centered support to individuals in residential and community settings. You will assist with daily living activities while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion. Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Support individuals in achieving personal goals and developing independent living skills. Facilitate community participation, social activities, and recreational opportunities. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and timekeeping. Follow individualized support plans and organizational policies. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving services. Build positive relationships with individuals, families, coworkers, and community partners. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in human services, caregiving, healthcare, or related fields is a plus but not required. Compassionate, patient, and reliable. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (if transportation is required). Ability to pass background checks and required training.
