Position Overview We are seeking reliable, professional On‑Call Caregivers to support clients during evenings, nights, weekends, and urgent staffing needs. This role is ideal for caregivers who want flexible hours and enjoy stepping in to help clients during unexpected situations. Responsibilities Provide personal care, companionship, and safety supervision Assist with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility) Light housekeeping and meal preparation Follow care plans and agency protocols Communicate promptly with the Administrator regarding client needs Maintain professionalism and compassion at all times Requirements CNA, HHA, PCA, or relevant caregiving experience Reliable transportation Ability to respond quickly to on‑call requests Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Must pass background study (MN DHS) What We Offer On‑call stipend + hourly pay Supportive, faith‑based work environment Opportunities for additional shifts Training and growth within the agency
