This vital role involves assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting independence while delivering personalized care that enhances their quality of life. All positions are paid, reflecting the importance of your contribution to our community. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA confidentiality standards Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance Document patient observations, care provided, and any incidents accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations Requirements Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings preferred Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or Alzheimer's is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks as needed Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, patients, and families Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the lives of others Join us in delivering compassionate care that truly makes a difference!
