What You'll Do Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal care needs. Provide companionship and emotional support. Help clients maintain routines and independence. Prepare light meals and assist with daily living activities. Observe changes in condition and communicate updates to the care team. Travel to client homes within approximately a 35-mile service area. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of caregiving experience supporting multiple clients in home care, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or a similar setting required. CNA certification welcomed but not required. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
