) We are currently hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in a supportive group home setting. If you're compassionate, reliable, and enjoy making a difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.

Starting Wage:

$16.00/hour +$0.50/hour shift differential for 2:00 PM

• 10:00 PM shifts +$0.25/hour after 30 days (upon completion of training) +$0.25/hour after 90 days (based on good standing) Schedule (Bi-Weekly Rotation): Week 1: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM
• 10:00 PM Week 2: Monday-Wednesday, 2:00 PM
• 10:00 PM + Saturday & Sunday, 2:00 PM
• 10:00

PM Responsibilities:

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Provide housekeeping and general home support Assist with meal preparation and planning Perform medication administration (per MN DHS guidelines) Provide transportation to outings, appointments, and activities Complete accurate documentation and charting Support individuals in achieving personal goals and care plans Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a positive environment
