Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to Assistance with personal hygiene Money management Safety and wellness Household skills Community integration Documentation accounting for supports provided and specific information about the individual(s) they are working with Other duties assigned by his/her supervisor. Must comply with Creative Pathway Residential Support's policy and procedure as well as guidelines of support provided in the individual plans.

Physical Demands:

Physical demands vary depending on the supports required by the individual. Must be physically able to perform CPR and First Aid. (will receive training)

Minimum Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age; Must have a high school diploma or GED. If no diploma or GED you must be working on getting a GED and able to do so within a year Must have valid Driver's License Have the ability to pass a background and drug screening Strong work ethic, willingness to serve as a team player by performing job duties as assigned Possess good communication skills The company provides all training
