Responsibilities Include:
Supporting daily living activities, personal care, meals, and medication assistance Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills Assisting with appointments, medical coordination, and documentation Supporting community outings, recreational activities, and social engagement Serving as a positive role model through respectful communication and support Preferred Skills Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or caregiving experience Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in spoken and written English required for daily communication with staff and families. Experience with documentation systems such as Therap, Paycom, or StationMD Budgeting and household management skills Qualifications Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license required (Ability to obtain a Class E license within 14 days of hire) Proof of vehicle insurance required Ability to pass background checks and reference verification Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts Make an Impact Where You Live and Work This is more than a caregiving position.
