Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In Home Care Aide to join our team in Eureka. The ideal candidate would have experience supporting individuals with disabilities and seniors. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives by providing personalized assistance and support in their daily routines. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental health and social engagement. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning. Strong communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to caregiving. Experience working within HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality and privacy. Demonstrated ability to assist with ADLs, meal preparation, and home & community care tasks effectively.
