Job Description
Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Direct Support Worker (DSP), Direct Support Professional (DSP) At The Dream Works , our mission is to promote equal opportunity and choice for all individuals regardless of physical or mental challenges or socio-economic status. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will support individuals with disabilities in living the lifestyle that makes sense to them. Using a person-centered approach, you will assist with daily living activities while encouraging independence, dignity, choice, and community inclusion.
Hours:
Monday- Friday 6:30am-8:30am-Get customer ready for the day and help to bus
Hours:
Monday & Friday 2:45pm-6:45pm-Help customer off bus and to participate in preferred activities. Meal prep, feed, and get ready for bed.Hours:
Saturday and Sunday:
9:00am-4:00pm-Assist customer throughout the day with all activities.Responsibilities:
- Must have L1MA
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Support recreational activities
- Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and daily living tasks
- Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with team members

- Compassionate and dependable individuals
- Ability to support people with respect and dignity
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass background screening
