A successful Qualicare KC Care Assistant will be an experienced person in life as a caregiver either professionally or personally to family and who is capable of working independently, while maintaining a calm and focused demeanor, with hopefully some room for laughs. We are a Private In-HOME Care. We are not a facility.
Responsibilities:
  • Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers.
  • Show up on TIME!
  • Assistance with personal care and hygiene, including incontinence briefs etc.
  • Meal Preparation
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Accompany clients on outings
  • Shopping and errands
  • Medication Assist/Reminders
  • Ambulation and transporting of clients
  • Provide companionship to clients
  • Ability to follow care-plan
  • Documentation/Charting Requirements:
  • Experience in life with Caregiving or professionally
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must hold a valid Driver's License
  • Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers
