Now Hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Direct Support Team Members Starting Pay:

Available Shifts and Locations:

We are currently seeking candidates for a variety of scheduled shifts, including evening, weekend and overnight opportunities. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Open positions are available in Raymore, Raytown, Grandview, Lee's Summit, Independence, and Liberty.

Job Summary:

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides basic medical and personal care services to residents. DSPs work under the direction of the client's doctor, company nurse, administrative team, and families, following all company and state guidelines for quality care and safety.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED (or in process within 12 months) Must be 21 or older with a clean driving record if driving a company vehicle Must pass a criminal background check Able to lift at least 25 lbs and assist with two-person transfers Must obtain or maintain required certifications (CPR, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, Abuse & Neglect, MANDT, HIPAA, and Medication Administration — training provided if needed )

Responsibilities:

Provide care and support based on individual person-centered plans Assist with personal hygiene, meals, housekeeping, and daily activities Maintain accurate documentation and follow physician and care plan directions Support clients in community and home activities Practice professionalism, confidentiality, and respect at all times Austen-Dooley Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
