Description Overview:

As a Front Line Supervisor (FLS) , you will develop and lead team members to deliver quality services that help support individuals to learn, grow, and live their best possible lives and thrive as members of their community! After training, this role includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule shared across the team, with occasional weekday and weekend coverage. This salaried position includes a mix of direct support and administrative responsibilities, along with evening and weekend availability. What you'll need by the start date: At least 1 year of experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral services. Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Reliable, personally-owned vehicle available for use during shifts Current auto insurance Ability to pass all required background checks ( offers of employment are contingent on this ) Full range of motion and physical ability to assist with transfers, mobility, and daily living tasks, and to complete and maintain required training and certifications. Please apply only if you currently meet these minimum requirements, as you will be responsible for transporting individuals and responding to needs in the homes you supervise. Applicants must also have availability to be on-call M-F; and rotating weekends. What you'll do: Direct support responsibilities Work alongside your team to assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and medication management. Support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene. Provide transportation and support for appointments, errands, and community activities. Encourage and facilitate individuals' hobbies, interests, and community involvement. Provide habilitation and complete accurate, timely documentation. Follow health and safety protocols. Supervisory and leadership responsibilities Engage, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals to deliver high-quality services. Manage and oversee Residential Homes Create and maintain staff schedules, and work open shifts when needed to ensure safe coverage. Monitor documentation, communication, and implementation of support plans. Collaborate with your Program Director and other leaders to address issues, celebrate successes, and continuously improve services. Required trainings such as CPR, MANDT, and L1MA are provided with paid and flexible training schedules.
