About us Sage Creek is a fast growing business in Malden, MO that owns and operates Independent Supported Living (ISL), Personal Assistant (PA), Day Hab, and Community Integration (CI) for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities The right candidate would provide a range of assistance for any ADL or IADL to enable individuals to complete tasks they are not able to do for themselves due to their disability. This may take the form of hands-on assistance, prompting the individual to perform a task, or performing the task for the individual if they are not able to do for themselves. The right candidate would provide support and incidental teaching to assist the individual to participate fully in their home and community life. These supports can be provided in the participant's own home, family home, and in the community, and always provided in the presence of the individual.

Direct Support Staff Qualifications:

18 Years or older Must have a High School Diploma / GED Must have a valid driver's license. Reliable transportation Current Vehicle Insurance Must be able to work overnight shifts We will train the right individual. Some weekends and holidays are required. After being hired we will train and have you certified for CPR/ First Aid as well as Level 1 Med Aide if you do not already have these certifications.
