ON-CALL Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential Services $300 SIGN

In‑person, Residential Services Make a Difference on Your Schedule Looking for meaningful work with flexibility? Join our Residential Services team as a PRN Direct Support Professional (DSP) and support adults with developmental disabilities in living full, independent, and connected lives. This role is ideal for someone wanting flexible hours , supplemental income , and purpose‑driven work . What You'll Do As a PRN DSP, you will: Support individuals with daily living skills (meals, hygiene, housekeeping) Assist with community outings, social activities, and skill‑building Provide transportation and accompany individuals to appointments Support medication management and basic health needs Follow individualized support plans and complete required documentation Cover residential shifts when called in during your on‑call block Your work helps each person build independence, relationships, and a meaningful life. On‑Call / PRN Structure Two weekly on‑call blocks are available: Mon 9am - Fri 9am (excluding Day Services hours 9am-3pm) Fri 9am - Mon 9am PRN DSPs must: Be reachable by phone Be able to report within one hour when called Remain free to use their time unless called in Compensation $22.50/hr for all hours worked when called in $50/day on‑call incentive Incentive is earned when you answer calls and fill any requested shift What You Need High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license (Class E required after hire) Ability to pass background checks Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Ability to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.) Ability to commute to Reeds Spring, MO 65737 Ability to relocate before starting work (if applicable) Why Join Us Flexible PRN scheduling Daily on‑call incentive pay Supportive, mission‑driven leadership Paid training and ongoing support Meaningful, relationship‑based work Opportunities for growth within the agencyPay:
