Base Annual Salary:
$45,247.68 The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. Years of service adjustments, shift differentials, and other targeted salary payments are applied to the total compensation of your paycheck and are subject to eligibility requirements of the appropriate differential. This position will be located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137. Working hours are 2:15 pm to 10:45 pm with your choice of Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday as off days. Some flexibility may be necessary to adjust schedules to fit the needs of the facility. This is senior-level, direct care, working with persons with developmental disabilities (DD), and managing/supervising multiple homes/employees across our campus. Responsibilities - What you'll do What you'll do: Oversee, assign, and supervise Support Care Assistants, Senior Support Care Assistants, and Behavioral Technicians. Make frequent rounds during the shift. Review and instruct employees in the total care treatment of our consumers. Observe & record changes in our consumers, gather information and report complaints, and report to treatment team. Prepare work assignments, keep attendance, mandating, and volunteer records, and maintain attendance progressive discipline. Qualifications - All you need for success All you need for success as a
Supervising Support Care Assistant:
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant direct care experience. Certified to pass and administer medications, or the ability to within six months of hire. Supervisory experience is preferred.
