Part-time, Hourly Summary Be a part of Nova Center of the Ozarks Day Services team. NCOTO is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Day Services program. This frontline role focuses on building meaningful relationships and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in developing independence, life skills, and community engagement. DSPs play a vital role in creating a positive, supportive environment for the individuals we serve. Job Duties Work directly with individuals with IDD in community-based settings Teach and support independent living skills Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, household tasks, and basic financial skills Facilitate community integration and social engagement Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 18 years of age Have reliable transportation, valid Class E driver's license, and proof of current auto insurance Ability to maintain good standing in attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently Ability to stand, stoop, lift/move 50lbs. Ability to work both day and evening shifts Preferred Qualifications Experiences in mental health care, IDD population, or medical field Experiences in employment supports

Schedule :
Day and evening shifts: 3 week day shifts from 8:30a to 4:30p This is a part time position, with potential to pick up additional hours based on availability
