Job Description

We are looking for compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants to join our team. PCAs play a vital role in supporting clients in their homes, helping them maintain comfort, independence, and dignity. This is a rewarding position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. What You'll Do PCAs provide in‑home assistance with a variety of daily needs, including: ADL Support (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility assistance) Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Companionship & Emotional Support General assistance to help clients remain safely in their homes What We're Looking For Caring, patient, and reliable individuals Strong communication and professionalism Ability to work independently in clients' homes Experience is helpful but not required — we provide guidance and support Why Join Us Meaningful, fulfilling work Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement Flexible scheduling
