Position Summary Unlimited Supports & Consulting Services LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide quality support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), behavioral health needs, and mental health diagnoses within home and community settings. DSPs assist members in building independence, increasing community involvement, improving daily living skills, and achieving individualized goals identified in their Person-Centered Plan (PCP) or ISP. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others live meaningful, independent, and empowered lives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide direct care and supervision to members in home and community settings Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and mobility support as needed Support individuals with community integration and social engagement activities Implement individualized goals and support strategies outlined in care plans Promote independence, self-advocacy, and skill development Monitor member safety, health, and behavioral needs Document services accurately and timely in compliance with Medicaid and agency requirements Maintain professional communication with families, guardians, care coordinators, and interdisciplinary team members Transport members to appointments, activities, and community outings when required Report incidents, concerns, or changes in condition immediately to supervisors Follow all agency policies, HIPAA guidelines, and state regulations Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: High School Diploma or GED Minimum age of 18 years old Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Current automobile insurance Ability to pass background checks and required screenings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with I/DD, autism, behavioral health, or mental health populations preferred but not required Preferred Skills Compassionate and patient demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong documentation and time management skills Crisis intervention or de-escalation experience is a plus Knowledge of person-centered practices and community-based supports preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist members as needed Ability to safely accompany members in community settings Ability to respond appropriately during emergencies or behavioral situations Benefits Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Ongoing training opportunities Career growth opportunities Meaningful work that positively impacts lives Equal Opportunity Employer Unlimited Supports & Consulting Services LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace for employees and the individuals we serve.
