As part of the nonprofit Givens Communities (https://givenscommunities.org/communities/), Givens Home First supports residents within our communities and the surrounding WNC area so you can truly get to know the people you support. As an In-Home Aide and Companion, you'll have the opportunity to get to know your clients one-on-one, helping them live a healthy, happy, and safe life at home. Why you'll love this role: Flexible scheduling (days, evenings, overnights available) Consistent location for the entirety of your shift Supportive team environment 1:1 client connection What you'll do: Provide Companionship and emotional support Assist with daily tasks (ADLs & IADLs) like errands, meals, and housekeeping Support clients with household organization and routines Communicate updates to the care team Document visits and follow care plans What you'll need: Must have an active, unencumbered NC drivers license Ability to assist with mobility and daily tasks Current CPR Certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience preferred, but not required

We are also offering a $500 sign-on bonus, paid out over the course of the first year of employment. Still curious about what Givens is all about?
