as a PCA Personal Care Assistant/Aide, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are eager to provide essential support and care in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals. Help clients with mobility and physical exercises to maintain their independence. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervising nurse. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being. Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA or CNA preferred. Previous experience in personal care or healthcare setting is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to clients' homes. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to perform physical tasks and lift clients as necessary. Knowledge of basic health and safety protocols. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. CPR and First Aid certification is desirable.
