We are professional and our goal is to Provide best service to the person in need. We are looking for a direct service provider/Personal Care Assistant to join our team and provide personalized care to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. They will also be expected to provide companionship and emotional support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with medication reminders and other health-related tasks. Help clients with errands and transportation needs. Provide assistance with light housekeeping tasks. Maintain client records and provide reports to supervisor as needed.

Hours:

8.00 am-4:00pm Saturday-Sunday Phone app is used to add and track hours. Hired under Medicaid family directed services - EoR program CPR and Background check is required Must be at least 18 years of age Training provided
