Direct Support Professionals (DSP)

Are you passionate about making a direct impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, serious mental illness or substance abuse disabilities? HS&M is seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to provide home and community-based support in the community. We have openings for team members to provide the following services: Community Living & Support (CLS): Assist individuals with developing and enhancing self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills to live successfully in their own homes and participate in community life. Supported Employment (SE): Help individuals obtain and maintain competitive employment in integrated community settings. Provide job coaching and on-the-job support.

Respite:

Provide temporary, non-medical care to relieve primary caregivers, ensuring the individual's safety and well-being during engagement in recreational and social activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support tailored to individual needs and goals. Encourage community integration and participation. Assist with daily living activities and personal care (for CLS/Respite). Document services provided accurately and in a timely manner. Heavily preferred that you are bilingual

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation. Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude. Previous experience is a plus but not required.
