Caregivers Needed for Young Adult with Down Syndrome (2 Positions Available) We are seeking two compassionate, reliable individuals to support a 20-year-old gentleman with Down Syndrome in developing independent living skills and maintaining an active, fulfilling routine. Position 1:

Weekday Daytime Caregiver Schedule:

Monday - Friday (daytime hours) Position 2:

Weekend Evening Caregiver Schedule:

Weekend evenings

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities, including cooking and light housekeeping Support development of life skills and independence Transport to appointments, social activities, and community events (vehicle provided on-site) Collaborate as a team to plan monthly routines and meaningful outings

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Dependable, patient, and proactive attitude Willingness to engage, teach, and encourage independence Ability to work collaboratively with another caregiver Preferred (not required): Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Compensation:
