We are currently looking for a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team, supporting residents receiving End of Life Care. This role offers a unique oppurtuniy to provide comfort, dignity and support to individuals and their families during their final stage of life. Whay you will be doing Delivering high standards of personal care including washing, dressing, toileting and repositioning. offering emotional support and companionship to residents and thier loved ones supporting meal times and fluid intake according to their care plans Observing and reporting any changes to their condition Working closely with Senior carer, Nurses and external professionals Ensuring residents wishes, dignity and comfort are maintained and respected About you Caring, patient and emotionally resiliant strong communicator and team player Reliable, flexible and attentive to detail willing to complete training in End of Life Care (if no held) Experience in a care home setting preffered but not essential NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social care or working towards it Completed Care Certificate What we offer Competitive hourly rate Fully funded training including End of Life Care Career development and promotion opportunities Free Uniforn and DBS Check Supportive team focused working environment Free onsite parking
