Job Description

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide high-quality support to individuals in various care settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, and home care environments. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting independence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in caregiving, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of those they serve. Prior experience in long-term care will be great as well dementia or Alzheimer's care, and working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with special needs while working in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Medication reminder and monitor vital signs as needed Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in personal spaces and common areas Document care activities accurately Experience Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care preferred Knowledge of ADLs assistance and resident's needs Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care and memory support techniques is a plus This role requires a caring attitude, patience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Candidates should be committed to providing respectful and dignified support that enhances the quality of life for those they serve.
