The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and the ability to create a nurturing environment for seniors and individuals with special needs. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for your clients through personalized care and support. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. Observe and report any changes in clients' conditions or behaviors to healthcare professionals. Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring adherence to prescribed routines. Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including helping clients move around safely within their environment. Maintain a clean and safe living space for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as needed. Support clients with medication management and reminders as per care plans. Engage clients in social activities and exercises to promote physical and mental health. Requirements Previous experience in senior care, home health, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of patient observation techniques and the ability to recognize changes in health status. Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow instructions from healthcare professionals. Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients. Ability to work effectively in various settings, such as private homes. Must be able to pass background checks and comply with all health regulations related to caregiving roles.
