As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with Atlas Care, you'll provide essential, person‑centered support to individuals living with disabilities, chronic illness, or age‑related needs. Our caregivers are the heart of our agency, and your compassion, reliability, and professionalism help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Provide personalized assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility support Assist with safe ambulation and transfers, using equipment such as gait belts, Hoyer lifts, or client‑specific mobility devices Monitor client well‑being by observing changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly, and maintaining accurate, HIPAA‑compliant care documentation Support medication reminders and help implement individualized care plans under appropriate supervision Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal service while following dietary restrictions and safety guidelines Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning client areas, organizing personal items, and maintaining a safe, tidy environment Provide companionship, emotional support, and engagement in social or cognitive activities to promote mental and emotional well‑being Assist with additional tasks such as laundry, errands, and community participation as outlined in the care plan We believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility support Provide safe ambulation and transfers using equipment such as gait belts, Hoyer lifts, or client‑specific mobility devices Monitor client well‑being, observe and report changes, and maintain accurate, HIPAA‑compliant care documentation Support medication reminders and follow individualized care plans under appropriate supervision Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with eating while following dietary needs and safety guidelines Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning client areas, organizing personal items, and doing laundry Offer companionship and engage clients in social or cognitive activities to support emotional and mental well‑being Assist with errands, community participation, or other tasks outlined in the care plan Pay:
