Accurately calculate and record weight gain/loss and fluid intake/output. Maintain a clean and safe resident environment Provide companionship, friendship and emotional support. Talk, listen, share experiences, play games/cards, read to client etc. Provide transportation to medical appointment, grocery store, and errands Teach/perform meal planning and preparation Perform light housekeeping Follow written care plan Carry out duties as assigned by the Supervisor Attend orientation and staff meetings
