Position Overview:

We're looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support with daily living activities, transportation, and community involvement. You'll work closely with clients and team members to build skills, encourage growth, and make every day meaningful.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation Promote skill-building and independence in home and community settings Support clients during appointments, outings, and daily routines Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care plans

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Strong interpersonal and communication skills Previous experience is a plus, but not required—comprehensive training is provided
