The Nurse's Aide will assist in providing basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. ## Duties

• Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings such as nursing homes, medical offices, and home community care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Perform catheter care and assist with medical documentation.
• Support patients with developmental disabilities and work with individuals in ICU settings.
• Utilize physiology knowledge to aid in patient service and maintain medical documentation systems. ## Experience
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
• Certification as a Nurse's Aide or completion of a related training program is beneficial.
