  • Job Overview
  • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In Home Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the best possible care and attention. This role requires a strong understanding of geriatric care, as well as experience.
  • Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed.
  • Assist with medication management, including administration and monitoring.
  • Prepare meals and snacks as requested.
  • Engage in conversation, read, and perform other recreational activities with patients.
  • Assist with mobility and transferring patients.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Follow the care plan and ensure that patients receive the care and attention outlined.
  • Provide support and companionship to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Qualifications
  • Must have experience working in geriatric care,
  • Must be able to lift and move patients safely.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must have a clean driving record and the ability to maintain a clean vehicle.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a passion for caring for others and a strong commitment to patient care.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and any other required screenings.
Pay:
$16.50
  • $18.
