As a Disability Support Professional, you'll be a key part of our team, helping empower residents to live fulfilling lives! This is a full-time position with a rich benefits package.
Starting Hourly Rate:

Accurate and timely documentation is vital to ensuring the continuity of care for our residents. Your detailed records will directly contribute to their well-being and progress. What you'll bring to theTeam:
A genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities. A commitment to providing person-centered care with respect and dignity. The ability to lift, push, pull, and move 40 pounds to assist with resident mobility. Great communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach. A willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.Qualifications & Skills Required:
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skillsPreferred:
Prefer at least one year of pediatric or long-term care experience with knowledge of ICF (intermediate care facility) Preferred certification in Adult and Pediatric CPR, First-Aid, AED, and BLS Proficient in electronic medical documentation Valid NC driver's licenseJob Type:
