Direct Support Professional - Community-Based (Hiring Pool) About Stevens Center Stevens Center provides 1:1 support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in their homes and community. Our goal is to help individuals build independence, skills, and connection. This is a Pooled Hiring Posting You are applying to a hiring pool for Community-Based services. We will match you with appropriate clients, schedules, and locations based on your: Availability Experience Comfort level (behavior support, personal care, etc.) Preferences Driving distance This posting covers multiple clients and shifts in the Lee and Harnett County areas.
