  • Support patients with daily living activities, such as eating, drinking, and transferring

  • Collaborate with nursing staff to prioritize patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Utilize effective communication skills to promote patient-centered care and address patient concerns
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes
  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
