We are hiring for multiple positions to support individuals both in our Day Program Centers and out in the community . This role is all about helping people gain independence, grow self-reliance, and expand their community networks . Key Highlights of the
Role:
Work directly with participants in Day Program Centers Engage actively with participants in the community Support community networking opportunities (clubs, volunteering, activities) Encourage skill-building for independence & self-reliance Assist with daily living goals and personal development Be physically active while supporting participants throughout the day Ensure safe navigation in community settings (transportation, outings, events) Foster social inclusion and meaningful connections Collaborate with families, staff, and community partners Promote self-confidence and personal growth Help participants explore new opportunities & experiences Maintain a supportive, respectful, and positive environment Bring creativity and problem-solving to daily activities Be a reliable team player with compassion and patience

Qualifications:
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) Valid Drivers License and minimum 3 Years Driving Experience Previous experience as a caregiver, support staff, DSP, or in human services Ability to work with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Must meet background and employment requirements

Due to the physical nature of this position, are you able to safely push, pull, or lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and up to 100 pounds occasionally, without assistance? This position involves supporting individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). After receiving training, are you comfortable assisting with tasks such as personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), mobility support (transfers, walking assistance), meal preparation and feeding, toileting and continence care, and light household tasks (laundry, cleaning, organizing)? These duties are essential to providing quality care and support. Would you be comfortable performing these responsibilities as part of your role?
