Job Description:
Compassionate Care Solutions is hiring a- Female Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- to provide in-home support for individuals with disabilities and aging adults.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs.
- Help with mobility and transportation to appointments or community events.
- Maintain accurate records and follow individualized care plans.
- Act as a mandated reporter for any suspected abuse or neglect.
- Adapt to the changing needs of clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or aging adults (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, compassion, and patience.
- Due to the nature of this position, applicants must meet all state-required background screening standards.
