About Atlas Community Care Atlas Community Care is a Medicaid-funded home care agency expanding into Grand Forks. We help seniors and individuals with disabilities live independently in their own homes, and we specialize in the family caregiver model — paying family members to care for their loved ones. What You'll Do Provide personal care services in clients' homes (bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping) Companionship and supervision for clients with disabilities or memory-related needs Accurate documentation of services provided Communicate with the supervisor and family members about client needs What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Eligible to pass a North Dakota background check Please indicate in your application whether you have a completed SFN 749 on file completed within the last 6 months with ND DHS, or whether you would need to complete the QSP certification process — we can support you through it if needed Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Compassion, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required — we provide training Family members of potential clients are encouraged to apply Why This Role We're a growing agency and you'd be one of our first ND team members.
