Compassionate Care Solutions is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide in-home support for individuals with disabilities and aging adults. Join a team dedicated to delivering person-centered care and making a difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs.
• Help with mobility and transportation to appointments or community events.
• Maintain accurate records and follow individualized care plans.
• Act as a mandated reporter for any suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adapt to the changing needs of clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or aging adults (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, compassion, and patience.
• Must have a driver's license and a reliable insured vehicle.
